Power Modifiers

This page lists official, published "generic" power modifiers. Do not list power-specific modifiers which are only reskinned versions of other modifiers.

Example: The "Electrokinesis" power in GURPS Powers, p. 127 lists:

"Power Modifier: Electrokinesis. The advantage belongs to the Electrokinesis power. This modifier is usually Psionic (-10%) or Super (-10%)."

In this case, listing the "Electrokinesis" power modifier would be redundant. List the Psionic and Super power modifiers instead.
