Banth

Banths are the Lions of Barsoom. Enourmous beasts with ten paws full of sharp claws and a huge mouth filled with shark like teeth. Its head is crowned with a mane that gives it a regal, lion like, appearence. its muscled body is covered by a hard yellow hide and is adorned with a long flat tail. Its eyes shine in the darkness, where it sees perfectly.
