This spell creates a body of the caster's choice, and then a mind to control it. This is commonly used to create a familiar (thus the name), in witch case the creation will be bound to you, but this is not required.

Typical Casting: Greater Create Body (6), Greater Create Mind (6), Altered Traits (100), Subject Weight - 300 lbs (3) // 575 energy (115X5).//

Notes

Most often, this spell will be used to create an animal, but it could theoretically be used to create a person, or even something larger.
